Dawn walk at the valley wetlands and a midday visit to Kyichu Lhakhang, with cultural interest for non-birding partners.

Thimphu · Phobjikha Road
Birding along the Thimphu–Punakha road through mixed forest; overnight in Punakha.

Punakha · Riverine Species
Morning along the Pho Chhu and paddy fields, afternoon at leisure or an optional hot stone bath.
