Information We Collect

When you submit an enquiry on this portal, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, preferred travel dates, group size and any trip preferences you choose to share. We also record standard technical logs (IP address, browser type and pages viewed) for security and performance monitoring.

How We Use Your Information

Your details are used solely to prepare and send tour quotations, arrange permits and bookings you request, and provide pre-departure and in-destination support. We do not sell, rent or trade traveller data to third-party advertisers.

Sharing & Disclosure

Where necessary to deliver your trip, we share relevant details with hotels, licensed transport operators, guide associations and government permit offices inside Bhutan. Disclosure to any other party occurs only when required by law.

Data Retention

Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months for service and audit purposes, after which they are anonymised. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to tours@rbtdc.com.
