Welcome and transfer to Thimphu; evening at leisure in the capital.

Dochula · Punakha
Sunrise at Dochula Pass and a gentle afternoon along the Punakha river.

Day 3
Punakha · Phobjikha
Morning at Punakha Dzong, then drive into the glacial Phobjikha valley for a two-night stay.

Phobjikha · Nature & Wellness
Valley walk, visit to the crane information centre (seasonal) and a couples’ herbal spa treatment.

Phobjikha · Bumthang
Overland to Bumthang across the Pele La, arriving in time for a farmhouse dinner.

Bumthang · Sacred Valleys
Jambay and Kurjey Lhakhang, the Burning Lake and an afternoon tasting at the Red Panda brewery.
