Run Bhutan under your own brand

We operate the trip — licensed guides, hotels, permits, vehicles, the SDF. You own the client relationship and the margin.

We are the on-the-ground operator in Bhutan. If you sell travel but do not want to build a Bhutan department — the supplier relationships, the permit paperwork, the guide roster, the seasonal availability — you do not have to. We run the entire operation and let you present it as your own.

What white-label means here

  • Your brand, front to back. Itineraries, quotations, vouchers and trip documentation are issued with your logo and your contact details. Our name appears nowhere unless you want it to.
  • Net rates, not commissions. You receive a confidential net rate per package and set your own retail price. Your margin is yours to protect.
  • One operations desk. A named coordinator in Thimphu handles your bookings end to end — guides, hotels, permits, transfers, on-trip changes.
  • We carry the licence. We are a licensed Bhutanese tour operator (TDCL/TO/2026/0187), so your clients travel under a compliant permit without you needing a Bhutanese entity.

How the pricing works

Trade discounts apply to the land component only. The Sustainable Development Fee is a levy collected on behalf of the Royal Government of Bhutan and is passed through at cost — nobody discounts it, and quoting around it only creates a dispute later.

What the partner portal gives you

  • Net rate sheets by package, season and hotel standard, updated when suppliers change.
  • Co-branded itinerary PDFs generated from the same content our own clients see.
  • Live availability and quote builder — pull a package, adjust dates and party size, and send a branded quotation the same day.
  • Booking desk with status tracking, so your team can see where every enquiry sits.

Familiarisation trips

Partners sending their first groups are offered a FAM rate of 50% off the land component for up to two staff or agent travellers per calendar year, subject to available dates and travel outside peak festival weeks.

Who this suits

  • Specialist Bhutan, Himalaya and South Asia tour operators
  • Luxury travel advisors and Virtuoso-style consortia
  • Yoga, wellness and meditation studios running retreat travel
  • Photography, trekking and birding specialists
  • Diaspora associations arranging pilgrimage and family-group travel
  • Corporate incentive and offsite planners

Onboarding

  1. Tell us what you sell. Market, typical group size, price positioning, seasons.
  2. We issue net rates and a draft trade agreement covering rates, cancellation terms and brand use.
  3. Portal access is set up with your branding and your team's logins.
  4. First booking runs with our coordinator on the desk with you from enquiry to departure.

What we need from you

  • Business registration and IATA, ABTA, ATOL or equivalent where applicable — or an equivalent reference we can verify.
  • A named contact for operations and one for accounts.
  • Realistic booking lead times. Bhutan needs permit processing and peak-season inventory moves early.

Local Bhutanese and Indian operators are equally welcome — regional partnerships work the same way, with net rates quoted in INR where that suits your clients.

Trade partnership questions

Is the Sustainable Development Fee discounted for trade partners?

No. The SDF is a government levy collected on behalf of the Royal Government of Bhutan and passed through at cost. Trade discounts apply to the land component only.

Can we present the tours under our own brand?

Yes. Itineraries, quotations, vouchers and trip documents are produced with your branding. Our name appears nowhere unless you ask us to add it.

Do we need our own Bhutan licence to resell?

No. We operate under our own Bhutanese tour operator licence, so your clients travel compliantly without you needing a local entity.

What is the minimum commitment?

There is no annual minimum. Tier 1 entry is open to any verified travel business, and tiers move up automatically with booking volume.

Can we pay in our own currency?

Net rate sheets are issued in USD, with INR available for South Asian partners. Invoicing currency is agreed when your account is set up.
